My Story

Self portrait photographing nature on the beach of Martha's Vineyard

I’m a traveling spiritual lifestyle coach that loves to take photographs, tell visual stories and inspire us to live a happy and healthy life through art. I believe there is a way to live our lives happily with joy and bliss, but most importantly commit to believing in ourselves!

With an incredible love for travel, yoga, meditation and everything that heals and create balance and harmony in our Body, Mind & Spirit, I realized creating beautiful nature photographs wasn’t my only passion or purpose in life. Through my own struggles with Body, Mind & Spirit, and feeling helpless with no energy or hope to anything that was presented to me. I started documenting what this world has brought to me. Slowly & Intuitively I started sharing my life experiences by photographing and writing how I lived my life and after some time I attracted more and more people that also wanted to change their ways of mindful living. Sharing it on my blog helped me to come back to my authentic self and stop listening to what wasn’t my beliefs. Taking care of my health became my quest in life, and sharing my story became my passion with my photography. I found it so important to share each others courage, strengths and hopes and that’s when I started my spiritual-lifestyle-coaching & photography-therapy.

My journey in photography started at Gotland’s School of Photography in Sweden and as my knowledge grew so did my skill and desire. I moved to the United States where I completed my studies, graduating from the Art Institute of Boston, majoring in photography. The passion for photographing nature and people has always stemmed from an interest and constant awareness of how we perceive ourselves, and more importantly, how we long to be perceived in order to feel accepted. Many times, I find what I call hidden miracles underneath the actual subjects. Sometimes they transform into characters, and develop into what I call Story’s In Nature.

My Philosophy

I love what I do and I’m convinced that achieving great results comes from being fearless, trusting the moment, and being real & authentic to ourselves and others. Taking care and listening to all parts of our being doesn’t have to be a struggle if we allow ourselves to be aware of how we feel inside. There are many tools we can use to begin our new journey in life, and create a life we actually love to live. In photography, the end result is about the subject but the process is about our story, our relationships to them, and combining our visions with what they present in that moment.
